I was born and raised in Center Grove and attended Pleasant Grove and Maple Grove until moving onto the middle and high schools. I was a Varsity cheerleader in high school and also played softball my freshman year.
I received my undergraduate at IUPUI and my Master's degree at Marian University. This is my 2nd year teaching and I am so excited! I just love getting to hang out with my students all day! I am truly blessed to be doing what I do! :)
My husband and I have been married for almost three years. We have four dogs - two greyhounds and two toy fox terriers - and a fish! We currently live in the Center Grove area and absolutely love living in such a great community! We are both huge COLTS fan and love cheering them onto victory during the fall! We've also been known to enjoy a PACERS game here and there and even attend some Indiana Ice games during the winter! Mr. Barnes is a big hockey player...and our littlest one seems to be following in his daddy's footsteps!! In the summer, we love attending INDIANS games and enjoying the great summer weather!
Mr. Barnes and I welcomed our first little bundle of joy, Ladd Randall, on October 18th, 2011. He has been an absolutely blessing to the two of us! We absolutely love watching him grow and learn about the big world around him!
